Nurse & Midwife Leaders Forum Report

The report represents the experiences and views of 130 nursing and midwifery leaders, current and future, from around New South Wales - held in Terrigal, 27-29 April 2007.
The discussions presented in this document encapsulate a new approach to the national reform debate. The nursing and midwifery leaders who contributed ideas and perspectives to these discussions did so, not in their capacity as leaders, but as individual members of the nursing and midwifery community.

Participants were not invited to represent their organisation or to promote a particular approach. These nurses and midwives shared their time, experiences and opinions unencumbered by the constraints of their roles.
